Our on-site approach involves meticulous assessments of the wood-framed components at a micro level, evaluating all floors and individual units, with a maximum of 40 units per site visit. We provide detailed feedback on prefabricated roof and floor trusses and supporting structures, such as beams, studs, columns, and other load-transfer devices, ensuring compliance with county-approved drawings.

Our observations extend to all hardware for uplift, hold-downs, shear wall assemblies, and anchoring, verifying that all supporting devices are installed as outlined in the plans. When conflicts or inconsistencies arise, we generate a detailed report that highlights the location and condition of any noncompliant items for the team’s attention.
